    Problems with the Amarok Diesel Particulate Filter are well documented. The Amarok runs an active DPF system that traps harmful diesel particulates in a honey comb structure, and then burns them off as the DPF flow is reduced. In the Amarok, often the soot left behind after the burn cycle can build up and cause a permanent blockage and expensive failure

    Signs your DPF is failing include reduced engine performance, higher fuel consumption along with more frequent burn cycles.

    VW added a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) to the Amarok. These are prone to failure and significantly restrict performance.

    NOTE: THE 2011/2012 AMAROK'S HAVE A DIFFERENT LENGTH OF DPF. IF INSTALLING ON THESE MODELS YOU WILL NEED TO MODIFY AND EXTEND THE DPF DELETE PIPE TO SUIT.

    DPF DELETE SPECIFICATIONS:

    • 304-grade polished stainless steel piping.
    • Stainless CNC machined turbo housing connection
    • Straight through design for maximum efficiency
    • Stainless connection to suit factory exhaust or aftermarket DPF back system
    • TIG welded
    • Mandrel Bent
    • Gaskets and bolts included

    These are a proven design producing fantastic sound and performance upgrades on the Amarok.

    Note: An ECU remap is recommended when deleting your DPF.
