General Information
PPD Performance Ltd is a New Zealand–registered company and operates the website www.ppdperformance.nz. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed via www.ppdperformance.nz.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under New Zealand law, including (where applicable) the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Order Processing Times

All in-stock orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Please take note of any production or lead-time notices shown on individual product pages and factor these into overall processing times.

Many items are built or ordered on an as-needed basis. For these products, your order will normally be dispatched within 1–2 business days after we receive stock from the manufacturer or supplier.
You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped, including shipping and tracking details where available.

Shipping and Handling – Door to Door vs Depot Collection
While we make every effort to provide door-to-door delivery where this option is selected, this is not always possible. Some orders may need to be directed to your nearest freight depot for customer collection.
In particular, your order may be directed to a depot where:

A residential address is provided;

Delivery is requested to a remote or rural location;

Delivery is requested to a country or regional location;

The total weight of the ordered item(s) exceeds 30 kg; or
-
The carrier is unable to safely access or unload at the specified address.
To maximise the likelihood of door-to-door delivery, we recommend providing a commercial address for delivery of PPD Performance products.
For heavy items (typically over 30 kg), door-to-door delivery is more likely to be available if the delivery address is a commercial premises with a forklift or suitable unloading equipment.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

Shipping charges for New Zealand orders are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and items ordered.

Most orders are shipped from within New Zealand. Some items may be supplied from Australia; where this occurs, PPD Performance Ltd manages the import process.
As set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale, for deliveries to New Zealand addresses, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges are covered by PPD Performance Ltd and are not charged to you separately by us.
Transit times shown at checkout or in emails are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (including carrier delays, weather, public holidays and customs inspections where applicable).

International Shipping
Our primary focus for www.ppdperformance.nz is New Zealand customers. However, in some cases we may be able to ship internationally.

International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout where available.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at sales@ppdperformance.com.au with:

The product(s) you are interested in; and

Your full shipping address,
so that we can provide a quotation if possible.

For deliveries outside New Zealand, any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and other local charges in the destination country are the responsibility of you, the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Regional and Remote Area Shipping (NZ)
Due to frequent fluctuations in freight pricing and carrier surcharges:

Orders shipping to regional, rural or remote areas may be re-quoted after checkout if actual freight costs differ significantly from the initial estimate.

In such cases, we will contact you with updated freight pricing. If you do not wish to proceed at the revised rate, we will discuss alternatives or arrange a refund of your order in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Local Pickup
PPD Performance offers local pickup by appointment:

From our facility in Auckland, New Zealand, for New Zealand customers; and
-
From our premises in Western Australia, for customers who wish to collect there.
If you select local pickup at checkout:

Please wait for us to confirm that your order is ready for collection.

Contact us before travelling to ensure your items are in stock and available at the selected pickup location.
Pickup addresses and instructions will be provided in your order confirmation or follow-up communication.

Order Status and Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including:

The carrier (where applicable); and
-
A tracking number or tracking link to monitor your shipment.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking details for information to begin updating in the carrier’s system.
If you have not received tracking details within a reasonable time after your shipping confirmation, or if tracking does not update, please contact us at sales@ppdperformance.com.au.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please provide a physical street address (residential or commercial) for all orders. For heavy or bulky items, a commercial address with unloading facilities is strongly recommended.

Damaged Orders, Refunds and Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged in any way:

Please email us as soon as possible at sales@ppdperformance.com.au;

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of:

The damaged item(s); and
-
Any damage to the packaging.

We will assess each case and work with you and the carrier to reach a satisfactory solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate and in accordance with New Zealand consumer law and our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
