Problems with the 79 series Diesel Particulate Filter are well documented. The Landcruiser runs an active DPF system that traps harmful diesel particulates in a honey comb structure, and then burns them off as the DPF flow is reduced.

Specifically designed for the 79 series Landcruiser 4.5 Turbo Diesel, this 3" stainless system removes the massive DPF restriction. These DPF's are prone to failure and significantly restrict performance.

This DPF-delete turbo-back exhaust bolts on with uses the original mounts and fittings exist to plumb the stock sensors and vacuum lines into the system.
