Ford Ranger PY / Next Gen PSR TTG 2 Inch Suspension Lift Kit (2022 Onwards)

Lift your Ford Ranger Next Gen / PY with a complete, comfort-oriented suspension package. This NZ kit combines PSR TTG height-adjustable front strut assemblies with PSR TTG rear shocks and RAW 4x4 rear comfort leaf springs for everyday use and lighter constant rear loads.

Kit contents — exact components supplied

• Front struts: one assembled pair of PSR TTG 2–4 inch height-adjustable struts with King front coil springs, heavy-duty strut top mounts and adjusting spanner — select RANKIT-031_4SD / RANKIT-031_4HD for 4-cylinder, or RANKIT-031_6SD for 6-cylinder Ranger (Standard Duty only).
• Rear shocks: one pair PSRSH-TTG-1802-PR.
• Rear leaf springs: two RAW 4x4 RL1410 comfort leaf springs (nominal 40 mm raised height, 0–150 kg rear load).
• Rear shackles: two RGS157.
• Leaf eye / pin fitting kit: one SuperPro SPF4462K.
• Headlight levelling sensor spacer: one SuperPro SPF5719K.

Select your front spring specification

Select 4-cylinder Standard Duty or Heavy Duty, or 6-cylinder Standard Duty. A 6-cylinder Heavy Duty front strut kit is not offered. Match the spring specification to the vehicle and regular accessory weight. Both configurations use the same RL1410 rear comfort spring. Front strut adjustment is not a guarantee of final lift height: actual lift varies with the vehicle, accessories and setup.

Important fitment and installation information

Ford Ranger PY / Next Gen (2022 onwards). Check engine, trim and suspension configuration before ordering. Nominal kit lift is approximately 50 mm (2 inches). This package is designed for lighter constant rear loads; it is not a heavy or extra-heavy constant-load rear spring kit. Suspension upgrades do not increase the manufacturer's approved payload or GVM.

U-bolts are not included. This package has been specified without new U-bolts. Existing hardware must be inspected by the installer and reused only if permitted and fit for service; replacement hardware is required wherever specified by the vehicle or spring manufacturer.

Build and dispatch: PSR strut assemblies may be built to order. Allow for variable lead times and confirm urgent delivery requirements before purchase. Supplied component quantities are those listed above, and pictures may be illustrative.

Note: Adjustable suspension components may require certification. Check with your local authorities before ordering. If lifting beyond 2" diff drop and control arms may be required
